Folkloric Devices

In folk tales objects are sometimes imbued with personality. Things became characters that perform actions. They have behaviours. They do things. They move, respond to human interaction or otherwise take on animal, human or mechanical  characteristics. Folkloric Devices imagines what practical mechanisms might be necessary to enable these supernatural characteristics to be performed. Shown here are a sample of stones that emit smoke, that bleed and that drink.
